- Ensure sales and collection transactions are captured in accounts accurately and timely.
- Responsible for account receivable and payable.
- Prepare petty cash claim and daily petty cash flow.
- Stock take reconciliation.
- Ensure proper recording and filing of documents.
- Assist in office general administrative
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by management.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Words
- Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated, result oriented.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in
- Accounting/Administration/ or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
- Knowledge in Autocount software is a PLUS!
