  • Ensure sales and collection transactions are captured in accounts accurately and timely.
  • Responsible for account receivable and payable.
  • Prepare petty cash claim and daily petty cash flow.
  • Stock take reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper recording and filing of documents.
  • Assist in office general administrative
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by management.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Words
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated, result oriented.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in
  • Accounting/Administration/ or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
  • Knowledge in Autocount software is a PLUS!
