Admin Cum Account Assistant
Job Responsibility : 1) Handling all the management task related and assist in accounting filling. 2) Managing and maintain efficient filing and documentation system 2) Handling data entry properly into computer system 3) Ensure proper upkeep of the invoicing of the business. 4) Organizing and scheduling monthly and annual operation and events. 6) Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices 7) Perform ad hoc task when required
Job Requirement : 1) Proficiency in Autocount System, Microsoft Words, Excel and other common office software 2) Diploma or Degree holder 3) Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices 4) Fast learner, independent and reliable (can work with minimum supervision) 5) At least more than 1 year experience working in administrative and willing to learn and explore 6) Good time management skill, interpersonal skill, demonstrating a high level of self-discipline 7) Strong problem solving skill, good in communication and can work in a team.
