- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for upper management.
- Ensure that each store meets its financial targets.
4. Customer Service:- Maintain high standards of customer service across all locations.
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Compliance and Safety:- Ensure all locations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections.
- Address any compliance issues promptly.
6. Reporting and Communication:- Report on area performance to senior management.
- Communicate company goals, policies, and changes to store managers.
- Organize and lead area meetings and conferences.
7. Problem-Solving:- Address operational issues, staffing problems, or any other challenges that arise.
