Offer product recommendations and provide information about fruit varieties, pricing, and promotions.
Ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of fresh fruits, including seasonality, sourcing, and storage tips.
Educate customers on the benefits of different fruits, their uses, and nutritional value.
Process sales using the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
Handle cash, credit card payments, and issue receipts.
Display and arrange fruits attractively to catch customers' attention.
Rotate stock regularly to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
Ensure shelves and displays are always well-stocked, clean, and organized.
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the manager.
Ensure all fruits meet quality standards before placing them on display.
Maintain cleanliness of the sales area, including counters and displays.
Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
Handling Company's Social Media and Website for marketing purposes
Proficient in Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
Preferably experience from retail sales or digital marketing
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Proficient in Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, etc)
Good knowledge in Video editing & Photo editing
