  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The LIVE team’s role is to:

  • Increase brand awareness for GB GOLD and its associated brands on TikTok and Shopee via the LIVE platform.
  • Drive additional revenue by boosting sales through the channel.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty by delivering engaging content.

    Your Role:

    • Hosting livestream sessions on TikTok and Shopee (around 6 hours a day).
    • Engaging with customers throughout the live broadcasts.
    • Preparing scripts and organizing the flow to ensure smooth streaming.
    • Assisting with short video shoots alongside the video production team.
    • Contributing ideas for creative short video content.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Bilingual Skills: Strong proficiency in both Malay and English, spoken and written.
      • Camera Confidence: Comfortable in front of the camera, with an energetic and outgoing personality.
      • Creative Mindset: Able to come up with innovative ideas and think creatively.
      • Flexibility: Available to work on a shift basis with 5 working days and 2 off days.

        Support & Development:

        • Role-Specific Focus: Your main focus will be hosting, with logistical support from the warehouse team.
        • Training Provided: We offer training to help you get started.
