  • Act as liaison between the director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration.
  • Manage the director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle monthly account of the director.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, Powerpoint slide as needed.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Assist other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Experience in accounts will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • 5 working days per week
