Engineer, Process Development

• Ownership of new product development projects from concept to production
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define product assembly requirement, specification, costing, yield, manufacturability and handshake to production team
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product concepts
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any product defects and failures
• Prepare detailed engineering report and ensure process documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• Establish new function on substrate technology and as subject matter expert, including understand vendor capability/ design rules, substrate supplier selection, provide technical support and expertise regarding substrate related issue
  
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years semiconductor working experience related to assembly process, new product development, particularly with substrate/PCB materials
• Knowledge of substrate/ PCB materials, properties, and manufacturing process will be added advantages
• Effective communication and project management skills
• Analitical, excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
