Responsibilities:

  • Conduct application reviews
  • Support our publisher base through our email customer service
  • Contribute to automation efforts and offer possible solutions
  • Lead reviews activities in order to launch proactive initiatives to improve the support services
  • Analyze and improve customer journey/flow by providing feedback to the Google team

Minimum Required Skills in Role:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Written and oral fluency in English for all agents
  • Written and oral fluency in Chinese or Arabic or Spanish.
  • Able to work through large volumes of emails and application reviews from our customers within specified time frames
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Team player
  • Internet-savvy individual familiar with social media and web-trends
  • Self-directed, motivated and driven performer who has a passion for upholding the Google brand

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer support team.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas; demonstrated thought leadership within the digital marketing space.
