Responsibilities:
- Conduct application reviews
- Support our publisher base through our email customer service
- Contribute to automation efforts and offer possible solutions
- Lead reviews activities in order to launch proactive initiatives to improve the support services
- Analyze and improve customer journey/flow by providing feedback to the Google team
Minimum Required Skills in Role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Written and oral fluency in English for all agents
- Written and oral fluency in Chinese or Arabic or Spanish.
- Able to work through large volumes of emails and application reviews from our customers within specified time frames
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team player
- Internet-savvy individual familiar with social media and web-trends
- Self-directed, motivated and driven performer who has a passion for upholding the Google brand
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Customer support team.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas; demonstrated thought leadership within the digital marketing space.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions.
