Content Creator and Social Media Executive

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content, including videos, photos, and graphic designs, that align with our brand’s vision and engage our target audience. You will manage our social media platforms, from content creation and curation to strategy implementation, helping to grow our online presence and increase engagement.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video content for social media platforms, ensuring a polished and professional final product
• Design visual content such as posters, banners and other promotional materials that align with the brand’s aesthetic
• Assist in handling social media accounts, including scheduling posts, managing engagement and responding to inquiries.
• Create compelling and original content ideas that resonate with the target audience and help build brand identity
• Monitor social media trends and platform updates to ensure content is fresh, relevant and in line with current practices
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support overall campaigns and drive social media engagement
• Analyze social media performance, track KPI’s and provide reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Engage with the community, responding to comments, messages and mentions in a timely manner
• Any other ad hoc tasks given

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management
• Proficiency in video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut pro or any equivalent
• Graphic Design skills with experience in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data
• Photography and videography skills are a plus
