The RoleThe Client Success Manager will be responsible for all customer servicing, communication, client engagement and account utilization activities for our various FinTech products running a team. This role is an essential role within our Operations Division and successful execution is essential for the business development and growth of MoneyMatch across all products in an effective and efficient manner. The Manager will work very closely with various divisions within MoneyMatch such as the Marketing, Engineering and the Operations team as well as Senior Management. The Manager will be responsible in crafting out various client engagement / communications strategies that includes automating our customer communication channels (to increase productivity and drive higher account utilization), improving / implementing existing efforts to incorporate omnichannel customer service platforms and so on.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is to manage and handle all customer communication across various channels (digital to traditional channels) while working very closely with the corporate sales/marketing team and the operations processing team to ensure the highest levels of client engagement/ customer happiness.
  • Increasing account utilization is a primary KPI for this role and the Associate is expected to drive up this key metric with the support from various divisions and Management team.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • The Manager will have the freedom to innovate in crafting out various client engagement strategies and growth hacks to achieve higher utilization numbers
  • The role requires strong command of communication skills and business relations when dealing with corporate customers.

Ad hoc work such as preparation of management reports on a real-time basis, working with the in-house programmers on continuous efficiency improvement efforts, assisting with management on related administrative and general requirements of the business as and when required will be part of what is expected out of the role. Requirements:

  • Candidates with more than three years or more of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply. Relevant fields would be in customer service, communications and client servicing
  • Candidates with relevant working experience or relevant education will be given priority with the possibility to lead a team
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships.
  • A strong command in spoken/ written English is a must, and professional fluency (written/ spoken) in our preferred languages will be a plus. Preferred languages are: o Mandarin / Cantonese / Hokkieno Malay o Hindio Tagalogo Tamil
  • Ability to perform at a high level without significant supervision and with attention to detail
