- Develop, establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers and ensure timely collections of revenue
- Visiting Land Surveyors, Housing Developers, Real Estate Consultants, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Town Planners Consultants architects and other consultants to promote and get company products specified
- Gather market intelligence, seek out new opportunities for business growth and maintain good relationships with customers
- At least 1 years working experience in sales and marketing
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Preferably from the industry of Land Surveyors, Housing Developers, Real Estate Consultants, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Town and Country Planners.
- Aggressive, willing to travel outstation and good communication skills
- Process own transport
- Applicants must be independent, self driven, strong commitments and result oriented
- To identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage order processing, ensuring timely delivery and efficient handling of customer requests.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Perform administrative duties related to Proforma Invoice, Sales Orders, Contract Review, Change Request Form, apply Free Sale Certificate etc.
- Responsible for taking enquiry details from clients accurately and maintaining accurate database.
- Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the superior.
- Working location Batu Pahat, Johor Darul Takzim..
