Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at RBV VALVES SDN BHD in Shah Alam. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining communication with customers, driving sales initiatives, and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Establish contacts and liaise with users

· Follow-up on sales enquiries.

· Technical and commercial support to customers, including proposing the right and cost effective product according to customers’ application.

· Learn and understand in-depth company's products and services.

· Perform technical demonstration, presentation and training.

· Attend after-sales support calls and service activities.

· Perform in-office and on-site assembly and testing services.

· Follow up on account receivable.

· Preparing costing and quotation to customers.

· Travel domestically for sales purposes.

· Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

Requirements:

· Hands-on work

· Ability to handle stress.

· Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.

· Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

· Solid written and verbal communication skills.

· Outstanding presentation and creativity skills.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Willingness to travel.

· Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferable.
