Job Responsibility

  • Respond to customer bookings, enquiries and price request via call, text and email.
  • To troubleshoot operation issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, record detailed information of inquiries, complaints or comments, and be able to analyse different situations of customers and solve problems in a targeted manner.
  • Work well with sales and operations team.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
  • Willing to work on shift including weekend and public holiday.
