Account Assistant (Stock Control AP & AR)

• In charge of day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system related to stocks SKU
• To prepare Bank reconciliation, supplier reconciliation on time
• Make sure double entry and AP & AR chart of account GL are correct
• Responsible for processing Customer Payment, Sales Receipts Matching, etc
• Make sure the filing files are neat and correct
• Prepare all documents for audit and tax on time every year
• Submit Month-End Closing on time every month
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

• Possess minimum Certificate/Diploma related to accounting
• Fresh grads also is encourage to apply
• Can speak in English and Mandarin
• Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork skills
• Practical, serious and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Can work independently, organised and have multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge in SQL Accounting Software would be an added advantage
• Aggressive, Result Oriented, willing to take challenges and high achiever
• Able to perform in a fast pace and ready to accept challenge
