  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate is to have experience in OEM & ODM semiconductor machine equipment manufacturing. The candidate should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones and possess strong negotiation skills.

Location: Penang

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing assigned customer accounts.
  • Provide customers with product knowledge and address all inquiries.
  • Gather and consolidate customer requirements, reporting them to the Manager.
  • Support pre- and post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize basic technical knowledge to communicate effectively with customers, distributors, and internal departments.
  • Provide accurate sales quotations to customers.
  • Deliver product presentations to potential customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including HQ and regional offices, on customer and distributor-related issues.
  • Prepare daily reports, project/case/issue progress updates, monthly sales/order reports, and any other required job-related reports.
  • Conduct market research to understand key customers' business growth, market trends, and market conditions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in OEM & ODM semiconductor machine equipment manufacturing.
  • Proficient in marketing and research.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on sales and negotiation.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in Chinese, Malay, and/or Hokkien is a plus for communication with respective language speakers.
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a multicultural environment.
  • Possess a valid driving license with a clean record.
