Job description
· To handle all incoming phone calls and transfer the call to the appropriate individual/department.
· To attend all guests/visitors professionally and in a helpful manner.
· To maintain the reception area/meeting rooms area in the interest of upholding the corporate image.
· To assist and perform general administrative and clerical job such as filing, photocopying, documentations, update invoices etc.
· Assist the superiors in other ad hoc assignments as and when necessary.
Requirements:
· Applicants must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/“O” Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ Pre-U, Diploma, any field.
· Good interpersonal skills and cheerful personality with good telephone etiquette.
· Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,200.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
