Your new role
- Market Entry: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to establish our presence in the Malaysian market.
- Partnership Building: Develop relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and other key stakeholders to forge strategic partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote our InsurTech solutions and attract new clients.
- Revenue Generation: Focus on achieving revenue targets by identifying and closing new sales opportunities in the market.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Product and Technical teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands and remain competitive.
- Market Research: Analyse industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 3 years of business development or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
