Your new role

• Market Entry: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to establish our presence in the Malaysian market.
• Partnership Building: Develop relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and other key stakeholders to forge strategic partnerships.
• Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote our InsurTech solutions and attract new clients.
• Revenue Generation: Focus on achieving revenue targets by identifying and closing new sales opportunities in the market.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Product and Technical teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands and remain competitive.
• Market Research: Analyse industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years of business development or sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
