REQUIREMENTS:

  • ABLE WORK ROTATING SHIFTS ( 5 WORKING DAY AND 2 DAYS OFF)
  • 9 HOUR WORKDAY AND 1 HOUR BREAK
  • REQUIRE TO WORK PHYSICAL AT PJ OFFICE
  • READY TO IMMEDIATE START WORK BY OCT 2024.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • SERVE AS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMERS SEEKING
  • ASSISTANCE WITH BOOKING OR TRAVEL-RELATED INQUIRIES. THIS INCLUDES HELPING CUSTOMERS, MODIFY, OR CANCEL RESERVATIONS FOR FLIGHTS, HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, AND VACATION PACKAGES.
  • RESPOND TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES VIA MULTIPLE COMMUNICATION SUCH AS INBOUND CALLS , EMAIL, LIVE CHAT.
  • ADDRESS CUSTOMER ISSUES, COMPLAINTS, AND SERVICE DISRUPTIONS, SUCH AS FLIGHT DELAYS, HOTEL OVERBOOKINGS, OR ITINERARY CHANGES.
  • OFFER ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS AND ENSURE THE CUSTOMER FEELS SUPPORTED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
  • PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO MANAGEMENT AND SUGGEST PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS BASED ON CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS.
