Admin Support Cum Management Trainee
• Provide the necessary support to the Sales team & Purchasing team by managing customers & suppliers requirement and expectations.
• Prepares and follows up sales quotations & sales order, collect new sample and sample submission to new customers or existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries/ complaints from customers and provide after-sales support.
• Able to efficiently respond to any telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• Perform any admin related task such as service & maintenance of hardware & software, renewal license (government, local authorities, private), answering call, assisting on operations task and any others ad-hoc job assigned.
• Key in purchase invoice after checking & verified.
• Prepare & issue Purchase Order to supplier based on demand requirements & needs from Purchase Requisition form.
• Sourcing, communicate & deal with supplier for the item enquiry or issue of quality of defective during delivery arrangement.
• Sourcing and dealing with supplier for the correct item enquiry and request with a best price in local or foreign country.
• Negotiate with suppliers to get the best offer / quote / credit terms.
• Prepare and arrange Custom Form with logistic company, book and assign intended logistic company to arrange goods delivery to customers.
• Deal with related department to smooth operation or any task assigned.
