Job Description:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Create detailed design documents and technical specifications for new features or system enhancements.
  • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests to ensure software quality and functionality.
  • Use debugging tools and techniques to analyse and fix problems in code.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications, including code comments, design documents, and user guides.
  • Support existing software applications by fixing bugs, adding new features, and improving functionality.
  • Support the IT team with various ad hoc tasks related to software and systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Have basic software knowledge such as Python, PHP, C, Java, HTML, CSS, SQL query.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Understanding of fundamental networking concepts, such as IP addressing, DNS, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security practices and principles to help maintain secure systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and end-users.
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation for IT processes, procedures, and technical issues.
