  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advice, provide opinion and support for legal issues on all level of matters involving Pantai Group.
  • Assist in litigation matters and liaise with external lawyers and to follow up diligently on legal cases involving Pantai group.
  • Be familiar with the prevailing laws, regulations and guidelines relating to the healthcare industry.
  • Draft, review and vet contract, agreement and documents affecting Pantai Group.
  • Assist Management in providing appropriate and timely legal advice in relation to corporate, Commercial, Compliance, Legal Risk and Regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate appointment of external solicitors in managing legal matters within the Pantai Group.
  • Carry out other related task as directed from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least a LLB (Hons) or Bachelor of Law or equivalent.
  • Candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, have initiative, independent, excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good team player and able to work closely with subsidiaries, external lawyers and support staff.
  • A high degree of integrity and confidentiality required.
  • Excellent communication skill (oral & written) in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Minimum 3 years experience (either as a practicing Advocate and Solicitor or In-house counsel).
  • Candidate with strong corporate and commercial background are encouraged to apply.
