  • Maintenance of existing and building of new relationships by provision of any necessary support and recommendations on new opportunities.
  • Identification of new business opportunities by monitoring inbound marketing channels and activities.
  • Overseeing the daily sales and service operation in the department.
  • Liaise with local and oversea agents / suppliers / partners on ground arrangements & finalization.
  • Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
  • Manage relationships / agreements with external partners / vendors.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Work Experience: With 3+ years solid work experience, good knowledge and rich experience in organizing Inbound Tour is an added advantage.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Required Languages: Proficient in English and Simplified Mandarin Pinyin.
  • Qualities: Independent team player with strong time management skills, Self-motivated, pro-active, matured & possess 'can do' positive attitude, and ability to meet arrangement deadlines.
  • Knowledge: Design and execute comprehensive travel packages.
  • Skills: Strongly developed networking and negotiation skills as well as analytical skills.
  • Flexible and resilient; able to work under stress and tight deadlines both independently and with others.
  • Working during the weekend is required for this position from time to time.
