  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D and Product Planning Manager to lead our efforts in developing innovative charging and battery manufacturing solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and development, product planning within the automotive or energy sectors.

  • Lead R&D projects focused on charging technologies, 2W and 4W battery manufacturing test solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new technologies and products.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps for charging, 2W + 4W battery test solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Define product specifications, features, and performance criteria in collaboration with engineering team
  • Provide solution ideas, technial guidance and mentorship to the R&D team
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in charging and battery technologies
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and technical forums.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D and solution planning within the automotive or energy sectors
  • Proven track record of successfully managing R&D projects and product development
  • Strong understanding of charging technologies, two-wheeler systems, and battery testing methodologies
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of test system development is an added advantage
