We are representing a Real Estate Management Software Product company located at Bangsar South, Selangor. This is a full time perm role with the product company (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research activities, both on the industry solutions and to build the sales pipeline for potential leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for the company solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop comprehensive presales proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of the company products and services.
  • Deliver engaging and informative demonstrations of the company solutions to prospective clients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how the company can address their specific challenges and achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional modules and services.
  • Stay up to date on the latest developments and advancements in property anagement technologies, as well as industry trends and best practices, to continually enhance presales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including client account personnel and software developer, to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field with passion to be successful in the software industry.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of sales experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements
  • into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, capable of articulating business and technical propositions to clients effectively.
