Job Description
- Understand clients needs, challenges and opportunities to propose solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct activities to generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, webinars, referrals, etc.
- Establish KPIs, close sales and achieve and exceed sales targets as assigned by the company.
- Build and manage a high performing sales team.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and activities.
- Follow up the entire sales process including after sales service to clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or sales related functions.
- SPM holders with a minimum of 5 years experience may be considered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
