Job Description

  • Understand clients needs, challenges and opportunities to propose solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Conduct activities to generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, webinars, referrals, etc.
  • Establish KPIs, close sales and achieve and exceed sales targets as assigned by the company.
  • Build and manage a high performing sales team.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and activities.
  • Follow up the entire sales process including after sales service to clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or sales related functions.
  • SPM holders with a minimum of 5 years experience may be considered.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
