Job Overview:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to meet our company's hiring goals. You will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for various departments, with a focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the candidate experience.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure we hire the best talent in a timely manner. You will be a key player in enhancing recruitment processes and delivering top-tier candidates to help meet the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiations for mid-to-senior level roles.
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, create job descriptions, and develop targeted recruitment strategies to fill critical roles.
  • Source Candidates: Proactively source and engage talent through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
  • Candidate Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews, ensuring candidates meet the necessary qualifications and are a cultural fit.
  • Interview Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and manage interviews, debrief, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Offer Negotiation: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to extend competitive offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting metrics and dashboards to report on pipeline, hires, and other key recruiting metrics.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in commercial, tech, or executive hiring. Ideally within the tech industry or a startup environment.
  • Proven track record of recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles.
  • Hands-on experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, and Google Suite to source and manage candidates.
  • Mandarin speaker is highly preferred
  • Skills:
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment compliance.
