  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

As a Conference and Event Executive, you will be involved in planning and executing our annual conference, monthly online webinars, and regular members networking events. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure events are executed flawlessly and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct in-depth research and develop the intellectual content for our events and programs.
  • Identify and secure subject matter experts to deliver presentations that resonate with our event themes.
  • Design engaging promotional materials to effectively market our events across various digital media platforms.
  • Craft persuasive partnership proposals to attract institutional supporters and partners for event endorsement and promotion.
  • Develop enticing sponsorship packages and proactively market them to potential sponsors.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and administrative teams to ensure the successful execution of each program.
  • Manage all aspects of the annual conference, webinars, and regular networking events.
  • Create and oversee event budgets, as needed, to ensure financial accountability.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Experience in marketing and promoting events
  • Event planning and management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
