**This role is based in Singapore**
Responsibilities
You will be stationed in the airport. You will assist passengers on any mishandled baggage including raising reports and tracing missing baggage.
Requirements:
- Able to converse in English
- Good communication skill
- Excellent customer service skill
- Willingness to go extra mile
Other information:
- Entitled to shift allowance
- Working location: Changi Airport
- Working hours: 6 days work week, rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
