Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including the Technology, E-commerce, Healthcare, Legal, Finance, Gaming, and Education sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through various sales channels, including outbound channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Track and manage sales activities using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Promptly respond to inbound leads from the website and advertisements, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, and effectively converting these leads into customers by providing tailored solutions and maintaining strong follow-up communication.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, preferably in the translation and localization industry.
  • Relevant experience in the following industries is highly recommended: Technology, E-commerce, Education, Consulting, Travel & Hospitality, Media & Publishing, or Advertising & Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in representing companies at tradeshows and industry events, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Experience with sales automation tools.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to travel across Asia, USA, and Europe.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
