Job Responsibility

  • ADDRESS CUSTOMER INQUIRIES REGARDING PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND TECHNICAL ISSUES THROUGH VARIOUS INTERACATIONS SUCH AS INBOUND CALLS , EMAIL, AND LIVE CHAT.
  • MANAGE AND COORDINATE CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS, INCLUDING SCHEDULING REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TASKS. HANDLE WARRANTY CLAIMS, PROCESS REPAIR ORDERS, AND KEEP CUSTOMERS INFORMED OF THEIR REQUEST STATUS WHILE PROVIDING COST ESTIMATES FOR NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS.
  • COLLECT AND ANALYZE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, COMPLAINTS, AND SUGGESTIONS. RESOLVE ISSUES PROMPTLY AND ESCALATE COMPLEX CASES TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT, ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS.
  • IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO UPSELL ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND EXTENDED WARRANTIES.

Job Requirements

  • SPM AND ABOVE IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
  • FLUENT IN MANDARIN AND Â ENGLISH AS THE PERSON NEED TO DEAL WITH ENGLISH Â SPEAKING CLIENTS.
  • BASIC MALAY REQUIRED
  • WILLING TO WORK ON ROTATIONAL SHIFT ( 4.5/5 DAYS WORKS A WEEK)
  • MONDAY -FRIDAY (7.30 AM -6 PM) & SATURDAY ( 9 AM -1 PM)
  • ABLE TO PHYSICAL WORK Â IN THE OFFICE AT PETALING JAYA
  • AVAILABLE TO START WORK BY OCT 2024
