Position Overview
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Performance Marketer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to join our Regional Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in performance marketing on the Malaysia and Philippines market, a deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement innovative performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Responsible for providing support in operating SEM platforms and optimizing overall paid advertising performance, such as Facebook, Google, and Yahoo, for respective regions
- Analyzing and evaluating the performance trend and providing feasible recommendations for maximizing quarter GMV & revenue
- Sourcing and Identifying potential channel partners to enhance GMV and revenue uplift for the regions
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Generating regular reports of paid trend analysis to keep BUs aware of the performance and media strategies
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Coordinating with business teams in different regions on media buying, campaign arrangements, and budget allocation to reach the business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Having at least 2 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on driving business results.
- Having strong proficiency in English, proficient in Mandarin language is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus.
