- Handling daily inbound calls, email, chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's services
- Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support
- Handling multiple chat with multiple issue at the same time
- Provide efficient service to troubleshoot technical problems
- Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA
- Minimum SPM level or above
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (verbal, read, typing)
- Willing to commit on 4.5 days work per week or 5 days work per week (Fixed Sunday offday)
- Willing to work at 7:30am – 6pm rotational shift from Monday – Friday (9 hours work included 1 hour break per day)
- Willing to work at 9am – 1pm (half day work) on Saturday (if any)
- Able to work in office, Petaling Jaya (fully on-site)
- Preferable to start working on 23rd October 2024
- Willing to commit on 4.5 days work per week or 5 days work per week (Fixed Sunday offday)
- RM 3,000 Basic + Up to RM 200 KPI

- 12 days of Annual Leave and 14 days of Medical Leave
