- Understand client’s issues and provide effectively and efficiency solution to the related issues (Platform Service, Booking, Ticket, Refund, and etc.)
- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
- Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
- You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM level or above

- Fluent in Cantonese (Speak and Listen)
- Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (read, written and typing)
- Knowledge of English communication skill is required for this role
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (2 rotational offday)
- Willing to work at 9am-12am rotational shift (9 hours work with 1 hour break included per shift)
- Able to work in Petaling Jaya (fully on-site, reachable by LRT)
- Preferrable to start working on 16th October 2024
- Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (read, written and typing)
- RM 3,000 Basic + Up to RM 500 Night Shift + Up to RM 390 KPI + RM 200 (Training Allowance)
- EPF and SOCSO
- 12 days of Annual Leave and 14 days of Medical Leave
- 1-2 months training provided (Paid Salary)
