  8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, offering professional advice and support.
  9. Prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
  10. Conduct post-interview feedback sessions with candidates and clients, and manage job offer processes and salary negotiations
  11. Join client meetings and represent Hiredly X professionally and effectively
  12. Generate new client leads and present Hiredly X's unique selling proposition effectively.
  13. Gain a thorough understanding of clients' businesses and cultures to accurately interpret their resourcing requirements.
  14. Build long-term, trusted relationships with new and existing clients by providing valuable information, including salary benchmarks, talent movements, and industry insights.

  • Expertise in recruitment practices, with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices would be an added advantage

  • Team player, self motivated and resilient
