  • Conduct market research to generate new leads and seek out potential partners.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth for call centre.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics that has been assigned.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction for customer retention and repeat sales.
  • Review business performance and to identify risk and opportunity of the brand. Communicate findings to management to further improvement of the service we are providing.
  • Maintain customer relationship, by providing customer with the total solution; to, ultimately, build and extend the business network.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on the progress and results as and when required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates with positive attitude and willingness to learn, are welcomed to apply.
  • Proven track record in sales and successful account management is a plus.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
