1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the company remains relevant and competitive.

4. Content Creation & Management:

  • Create high-quality content for various platforms including blogs, social media, websites, and newsletters.
  • Work closely with the design team to produce engaging visual content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.

5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Utilize CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
  • Develop and maintain customer loyalty programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

6. Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide junior members of the sales and marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and implementation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Malaysian Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
