In this role, you will play a pivotal role in executing social media strategies, curating content, and optimizing the digital brand presence for both our own and our clients' social media brands. This position requires a creative and strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep passion for content marketing.

Content Creation and Strategy:

  • Develop captivating and persuasive content for our various social media platforms, encompassing written posts, graphics, and videos with a keen interest in our core topics (financial literacy, economics, news, etc.), enabling you to create engaging and educational contents.
  • Conduct thorough research and curate relevant content from diverse sources to share with the audience.
  • Collaborate closely with the strategy, design, and editing teams to ensure that the content aligns seamlessly with brand objectives.
  • Brainstorm and develop a wide range of content ideas, including blog topics, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, marketers, and designers, to refine and execute content concepts.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the social media platforms and accounts to facilitate their growth.
  • Stay vigilant for emerging social media trends, news, and best practices to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience growth.
  • Create comprehensive social media plans, including content calendars and campaign strategies.
  • Actively engage with the online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries with professionalism.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Assist in the monitoring and analysis of social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Compile comprehensive reports summarizing key insights and providing actionable recommendations for enhancing social media performance.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to gain profound insights into audience behavior and preferences.

Campaign Support:

  • Play a pivotal role in executing social media campaigns, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, offering valuable insights and suggestions for adjustments and enhancements as necessary.
  • Assist in monitoring social media advertisements and assessing their effectiveness.
