- To handle full spectrum of HR functions i.e. payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and industrial relations etc
- Implements, manage and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, commission, taxes, and other deductions.
- Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax.
- To handle annual performance appraisal
- To do counselling and monitor the progress of employee performance
- To generate HR reports and statistics, analyst, variance report etc
- Ensure data in HR system for staff movement always updated
- To handle staff disciplinary matters and execute appropriate disciplinary action including conduct domestic inquiry whenever required.
- To handle general office administration
- To assist in any additional tasks as and when necessary
- Other assigned duties as required.
- Ad-hoc task as per assign by top management.
