  • To handle full spectrum of HR functions i.e. payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and industrial relations etc
  • Implements, manage and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, commission, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax.
  • To handle annual performance appraisal
  • To do counselling and monitor the progress of employee performance
  • To generate HR reports and statistics, analyst, variance report etc
  • Ensure data in HR system for staff movement always updated
  • To handle staff disciplinary matters and execute appropriate disciplinary action including conduct domestic inquiry whenever required.
  • To handle general office administration
  • To assist in any additional tasks as and when necessary
  • Other assigned duties as required.
  • Ad-hoc task as per assign by top management.
