To handle full spectrum of HR functions i.e. payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and industrial relations etc
Implements, manage and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, commission, taxes, and other deductions.
Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax.
To handle annual performance appraisal
To do counselling and monitor the progress of employee performance
To generate HR reports and statistics, analyst, variance report etc
Ensure data in HR system for staff movement always updated
To handle staff disciplinary matters and execute appropriate disciplinary action including conduct domestic inquiry whenever required.
To handle general office administration
To assist in any additional tasks as and when necessary
Other assigned duties as required.
Ad-hoc task as per assign by top management.
