Let’s look at your roles

  • Act as the primary point of contact for leads generated from all marketing channels, including but not limited to inbound inquiries such as phone call-ins, website leads, email campaigns, social media, and events.
  • Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking, to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Setting appointments for the sales team & collaborating with them to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide necessary information for effective follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Continuously track and analyze prospecting activities, including key metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, revenue generated, and provide reports and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the company’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively address clients inquiries and objections during lead interactions.
  • To develop strategies and create engaging content for Social Media, Website, Email Direct Marketing (EDM) and Promotion for internally and externally.
  • Conduct research on clients’ brand, products and service. Develop clients’ core message and target audience and come up with high quality contents.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on prospecting activities, including key metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generated.
  • To support the department in any other ad-hoc related duties.
