Mandarin Speaking Business Operation Executive

Job Description / Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring that processes run efficiently, improving operational systems, and contributing to overall business performance.

Work closely with senior management to implement strategies that drive productivity and profitability.

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across all dept
• Monitor and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Process Improvement

• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement best practices
• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Project Management

• Manage and execute operational projects, from planning through to completion
• Coordinate resources, timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze data to track performance, identify issues, and recommend solutions

Degree in Business administration, operations management or related field

• 2-5 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in the relevant industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management abilities and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• May involve occasional evening or weekend work to meet datelines or address operational issues
• Have own transport and willing to travel
