RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Employee Experience & Business Support
- Support the organization of company events such as employee engagement programmes, town hall meetings, client meetings, training programmes etc.
- Assist with the upkeep of office facilities by coordinating with building management and service providers for repairs and maintenance, under supervision.
- Coordinate with Office Runner/ Dispatch Staff to manage the daily administrative schedules, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of documents and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to support office management tasks, ensuring a positive and meaningful employee experience.
B. Employee Data & Information Management
- Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support HR data analysis by compiling and synthesizing relevant data for recruitment, retention, and workforce productivity reporting.
C. Employee Inbound & Outbound Journey
- Coordinate and deliver an excellent onboarding experience for new employees, including data entry into HRMS, preparation of work equipment, and answering queries related to company policies.
- Support the offboarding process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of exit formalities, including document processing, and work equipment return.
D. Recruitment
- Administer our in-house recruitment portal.
- Support the hiring process by coordinating in-house assessments and interviews.
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to various HR functions.
- Ability to collaborate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent & proficient in written and spoken English communication skills.
- Independent & possess high levels of initiative.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
