We are on the lookout for a meticulous, passionate, and resourceful individual to support our HR & Administration team. You will be given the exposure to an illuminating experience, where you will be nurtured and challenged for kick-starting your journey in the field of HR. RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Employee Experience & Business Support

  • Support the organization of company events such as employee engagement programmes, town hall meetings, client meetings, training programmes etc.
  • Assist with the upkeep of office facilities by coordinating with building management and service providers for repairs and maintenance, under supervision.
  • Coordinate with Office Runner/ Dispatch Staff to manage the daily administrative schedules, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of documents and equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to support office management tasks, ensuring a positive and meaningful employee experience.

B. Employee Data & Information Management

  • Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support HR data analysis by compiling and synthesizing relevant data for recruitment, retention, and workforce productivity reporting.

C. Employee Inbound & Outbound Journey

  • Coordinate and deliver an excellent onboarding experience for new employees, including data entry into HRMS, preparation of work equipment, and answering queries related to company policies.
  • Support the offboarding process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of exit formalities, including document processing, and work equipment return.

D. Recruitment

  • Administer our in-house recruitment portal.
  • Support the hiring process by coordinating in-house assessments and interviews.
  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to various HR functions.
  • Ability to collaborate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent & proficient in written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Independent & possess high levels of initiative.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
