UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences. The UI/UX Designer will play a crucial role in designing and improving the user interface and user experience of our digital products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze the findings to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
• Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity UI designs that are visually appealing and aligned with the brand’s style guidelines. Ensure consistency across all visual elements.
• Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interactions, focusing on enhancing the overall user experience and usability of the software products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design is implemented accurately and meets the project requirements.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a design system that includes UI components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques. Apply best practices to enhance the quality of the design process and outcomes.
• Able to perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in software or web-based applications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator & XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, ensuring that all design elements are pixel-perfect and aligned with the brand’s vision.
