DOSH Site Supervisor (Solar PV Installation) – 1 Month Contract
Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified DOSH-certified Site Supervisor to oversee a Solar PV installation project for a 1-month duration. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all health and safety regulations, specifically DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) guidelines, are strictly adhered to while managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the timely completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site activities related to the installation of Solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with DOSH regulations and company safety protocols.
Conduct daily site inspections and safety briefings to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure the project remains on schedule.
Ensure that all workers, contractors, and visitors adhere to safety requirements, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Investigate and report any incidents or accidents, taking appropriate actions to prevent future occurrences.
Maintain site documentation, including risk assessments, safety reports, and project logs.
Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and site workers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure the quality of work is up to standards and report on daily progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
DOSH certification is mandatory.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role on construction or installation sites, preferably with Solar PV projects.
Knowledge of OSHA/DOSH safety regulations and construction safety management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Solar PV installation is a plus.
Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours as needed for project completion.
