Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product R&D team to support the entire product Go-to-Market (GTM) process from ideation to launch, working with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Brand, etc.
  • Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics for both new and existing products, while monitoring post-launch feedback and insights.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on market positioning, target audience, and competitive differentiators.
  • Support ad-hoc projects such as process improvements, alternative ingredient analysis, menu offboarding, and other initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management, contributing to team success.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in understanding and contributing to the product development and Go-to-Market process.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving; able to provide informed opinions on market trends and consumer insights.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of food & beverage industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices related to product development and launches.
