Hey trendsetters! We’re iCanvas, a crew of creatives under the iMedia Asia Group. We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Account Servicing Executive to manage our clients’ social media accounts, ensuring they’re always on point across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and beyond!

Main Responsibilities

Account Servicing & Client Management:

  • Be the go-to person for clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding their needs to deliver top-notch social media strategies.
  • Liaise between the internal creative team and clients to make sure projects are delivered on time, exceed expectations, and align with their goals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients, providing updates on the performance of their social media campaigns, and pitching fresh ideas to keep them ahead of the curve.
  • You will be working very closely with the Account Lead to ensure all campaigns run smoothly and meet client expectations.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Help steer the direction of our clients’ social media presence with strategic insights and best practices.
  • Understand the latest social media trends, and recommend adjustments to keep our clients relevant and on-trend across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Work with the creative team to ensure content aligns with the overall social media strategy and brand voice.

Content Creation & Collaboration:

  • While your main focus will be on servicing, you’ll still need to get creative! Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop engaging visuals and copy.
  • From time to time, whip up graphics and simple videos for Instagram stories, TikTok trends, and Facebook feeds.
  • Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify client campaigns.

Performance Tracking:

  • Keep an eye on campaign performance, crunching the numbers and translating insights into client-friendly reports.
  • Make recommendations for optimisation based on data and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • You’ve got a strong understanding of social media platforms – Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and beyond are your second home!
  • Communication skills that could charm anyone – you’re a pro at client management and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Organisational skills are key – you can juggle tasks and deadlines like a seasoned performer.
  • Canva and basic video editing are a plus – when needed, you can whip up visuals that grab attention.
  • Creative but also analytical – you know how to think outside the box while keeping an eye on the numbers.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing social media accounts, whether in an agency setting or elsewhere – show us what you’ve worked on!
  • Ability to balance multiple clients and projects while maintaining top-quality service.
  • Quick problem-solver and adaptable to change – every day is different in the social media world!
