RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform analysis on customer background, health check reports and product usage metrics to identify any red flags, and pinpoint areas of expansion and upselling opportunities.
- Arrange customer engagement meetings, collect and understand customer feedback, pain points and other needs.
- Identify use cases for our products for client usage expansion.
- Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with customers to influence adoption of InfoConnect solutions.
- Identify knowledge gaps and training needs among our clientele and provide them with educational resources, training, best practices, strategy recommendations, and sharing on industry insights.
- Synthesize customer feedback and work with internal teams to transform our products and services.
- Get testimonials and customer buy-in for case studies.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to provide customer insights and help improvise on existing go-to market strategy.
- Keep up to date on products and services knowledge.
- Perform any other duties and responsibility as and when assigned by Management
