  • Handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of accounts.
  • Handle end-to-end process of Accounts Payable/Receivable/ Credit Control.
  • Prepare inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation and monthly schedule (e.g. fixed assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing & etc.)
  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Prepare monthly management account reports and analyse information detailing revenue, cost and expenses.
  • Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
  • Oversee preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
  • Oversee the production of periodic financial reports. Ensure that the reports comply with accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
  • Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year, and files annual corporate tax return.
  • Review all invoices and payment instructions for appropriate documents.
  • Ensure accounting records and system are in compliance with company’s policies and in accordance with accounting standards and statutory laws and regulations.
  • Supervise accounting staff as required. Provides guidance, advice and support to direct reports to ensure issues resolved and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in audit and tax preparation.
  • Liaise with the external auditors, tax agent, government and other professional bodies.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment as instructed by Superior.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge in accounting principles, statutory laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge in handling full set of accounts.
  • Capable of handling multiple company's account.
  • Hands-on experience in using accounting software, i.e AUTOCOUNT.
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office software.
