We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Executive to support a leading aluminum manufacturing company's Sales & Marketing department in planning, executing, and supervising various marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising various marketing activities, including digital strategies, content creation, and event marketing. This role is vital to enhancing brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives. This position is based in Beranang, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall direction and coordination of marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and increase customer base.
  • Execute digital marketing strategies, including website management, social media, SEO, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Create and manage marketing content (posters, leaflets, promotional materials) while proofreading and ensuring quality.
  • Maintain and update website content as needed.
  • Oversee marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and satisfaction across departments.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to develop the annual marketing plan.
  • Assist in brand development and protection, and maintain records of company awards and recognitions.
  • Coordinate the design and execution of marketing campaigns, special events, and print/online collateral.
  • Focus on initiatives that increase customer loyalty and market share.
  • Maintain and update marketing, sales, and reservation files and databases.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably within the marketing sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation for websites and social media platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as HubSpot, SEMrush, or Hootsuite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and executing engaging digital campaigns.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
