  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Coordinate with customers to obtain Shipping Documents by submission datelines.
  • Generate Bill of Lading (BL). Check, tally and confirm all the BL details diligently.
  • Prepare a complete document set that facilitates the export and import process.
  • Assist customers in preparing required documents by statutory authorities.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines on BL maters
  • Documents preparation with various logistics partners such as haulage, forwarders, and Customs.
  • Lead and supervise a team of dedicated customer service and logistics Representatives.
  • Develop an understanding of customer's needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
  • Ensure the team follows customer service processes, from order entry to the delivery of goods
  • Monitor the team for the achievement of the best results as per the set KPIs
  • Determine best solutions for the issues, if any, escalated by the customers
  • Collaborating with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders (customers, sales managers, production units and logistic personnel) to meet and exceed their expectations
  • Process sales orders in a timely manner, including reviewing and checking consignment movements according to established department policies and procedures
  • Process credit/debit notes for customers.
  • Compute prices, discounts, commissions and shipping charges as required.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices and delivery orders through Company’s ERP systems (SAP, CRM) in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with project coordinators to ensure that the documents are followed according to the contract
  • Liaise with the 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL) to obtain information relating to the preparation and shipping of customer purchase orders.
  • Attend all Price/Quotation inquiries from existing/new customers

Work closely with Tele-marketing and Sales team for follow-ups on potential customer queries and assist fully with customer introduction trainings once on board.
