Job Title: Sales Assistance (Retail Store) cum Live Host - IOI City Mall, Putrajaya.

Job Overview

This unique role combines traditional retail sales responsibilities with the exciting opportunity to engage customers through live streaming. You will help drive sales both in-store and online by providing exceptional customer service, showcasing products, and creating engaging content for live platforms

Job Responsibilities

Sales Assistant (Retail):

1.Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product information and recommendations.

2.Manage the store layout, stock shelves, and ensure cleanliness of the retail environment.

3.Process sales transactions, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.

4.Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report on sales performance.

5.Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

6.Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions.

Live Host:

1.Host live streams to showcase products, provide demonstrations, and answer customer inquiries in real-time.(eg: Tiktok & Instagram)

2.Create engaging and interactive content for the live sessions to attract and retain viewers.

3.Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively during live streams.

4.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop live stream content that aligns with company goals.

5.Monitor and respond to live stream comments, questions, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

6.Maintain a consistent live schedule and increase customer engagement through social media channels.

Qualifications and Skills

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and staff.

4. Confident and engaging personality, comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

5. Ability to use a cash register or point-of-sale system.

6. Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and live streaming.

7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
